I work with women of all ages and sizes. We are not all born natural athletes or necessarily well coordinated. I strive to make my studio warm and inviting so that you never feel out of place.
Kelly has an Associate’s Degree in Legal Studies from Champlain College in Burlington, VT and is a Certified Personal Trainer through American College of Sports Medicine. She is Barre Above Certified, Barre Intensity Trained, Stott Pilates Mat, Reformer & Chair trained and holds a SCW Mat Pilates Certification and a SCW Certificate in Nutrition, Hormones & Metabolism. She is also certified as a FASTer Way to Fat Loss Coach.
